C:JunkXXX was already in C:FINDNFIX/JUNKXXX

How's this? Please tell me it's OK. Also, since I can't download SP1, will downloading SP2 when it becomes available suffice?

Looks good. <_<

How's you system working?

It is a good idea to update Windows ASAP, as you're open to many exploits until you do. If you have broadband, you can download SP2 from Microsoft here: http://www.microsoft...&displaylang=en

It's working great except for going to that C://Programs page upon sign-in. I have searched everywhere for that problem. But you just click out of it...and can go to internet. Thanks for being so patient with me. I will repay you by trying to help other people with my limited knowledge. You guys are awesome.

I'll keep my eye on this. I suspect it's something new.

You may want to try a repair installation of XP:

I noticed it was mentioned on someone else posting a HJ log. I asked her about it, but she hasn't responded. When she does, I'll forward it to you.

I'm downloading the update now. Thanks a billion.
