I have an Asus G60VX laptop I've been using for about a year now, and yesterday it randomly blue screened (only flashed it for a second so I couldn't read it), then my computer restarted itself. However, after the first post screen, the booting didn't continue and was stuck at the flashing cursor before Windows loads. I've tried using the Asus Windows recovery disks, but after they finish and restart the computer, it still gets stuck in the same location. I went into Asus Express Gate, and the photo viewer is still able to access my hard drive, so it doesn't seem to be a hardware issue, I think. I've been looking around online for anyone else that's been in this situation and tried a few things I found (such as running Memory Test, which found no errors), but nothing has seemed to work. If anyone has any ideas about what I could do to fix this, they would be much appreciated. Thanks.
