I try and install service pack 1, and I get this error code:

0x80070002

I looked at my registry, but I don't seem to have a 'Providers' folder in my 'HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Software\Microsoft\Cryptography'

And I don't even have a 'Cryptography' folder in my 'HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-20\Software\Microsoft\'

Are you using a licensed copy of Windows or are you using one you downloaded...We do not help with pirated versions...

I used a system recover disk.
