I have a problem........that I'm sure there is an easy solution.......but I need help!!!

I am in medical research and have recently performed a search in online databases Pubmed and EMBASE for some papers I need. 10,000 titles matched my search criteria.......

However....because the search was so big, apparently the engine doesn't remove duplicates (ie the same papers found in medline and embase) so there is a big chance that a number of the 10,000 will be duplicates of the same study found in the different search engines

Having seen the social network last night-I wish I knew zuckerberg, whom I'm sure could sort this problem in minutes.....but I hope there are others that can an might help me. The list of titles will be in a word document.

I'd be so grateful for your help
