I have 2 laptops which, before last week, were both successfully able to connect to the internet via modem and wireless. Today, however, after Verizon has come out to address a problem with the internet line, I can only connect to the internet with 1 of the laptops through the modem. The wireless no longer works and the other laptop cannot connect at all. Everything looks as if it will connect, but it doesn't connect at all anymore.

Please post the output of ipconfig from both machines in your next post. Sorry if it was not clear in my last post.
