How Do You Delete Paint History in Windows 7

Hi, Just got a computer with windows 7 but am unable to delete paint history. When I left click to try to delete it says something about above or below the ribbon, but there is no delete choice. Is there a way to delete these. I'm using this as a work computer for designing products and dont want my fellow works to access to the designs, so I need to be able to delete the paint history. Please respond in simple language as I'm not well versed in "computerese." Thanks for any help you can give me on this matter. nighttide
