If there are issues in the trouble shooting report the memeber did not scroll down to the "Issues Found" area to let anyone see if there are issues. So for anyone to state that there are "no issues found" is wrong for stating. The memeber should have been informed that they were not showing the correct area for someone to see what were if any issues.

So JoJo, if you do another check and find that there are issues in the "Issues Found" area, then make sure when you copy the results that it is showing the area of "Issues Found" so if any someone can help.
