PVR Card

Hi,

I want to add a PVR card in my computer. I want to use it to record show from my cable to my computer. I need something good quality (good definition). So my questions are:

1:Any recommendation for a good PVR card or TV tuner card.
2:Any software suggestion to convert the recording to a format that I can replay using my PS3. My computer is in my office, so if I record a show I would like to be able to "upload" the file on a USB stick and then plug the UBS stick into my PS3 wich is in my living room (with LCD TV)
