hi all,
hopefully i am in the right forum to discuss my problem. i am very interested in learning programming for creating/making regional language to work in cell phone/smart phone. the problem is i don't know which programming should i start with.
i would be really grateful if anyone could help me out/ tell me which is the best programming language for creating language.

Well, if I understand your question properly... you could try JAVA if your up for it... though that language does come with baggage (mainly a potentially difficult/steep learning curve). I believe the JAVA API has packages for multi-language support.

thanks for quick response, well i mean what sort of programme should i be learning if i want to make my spoken language to be able to use in smart phone ie ( android ).. like in computer we set language to our own preferred regional language or spoken language.

Programming languages can be used to create programs that control the behavior of a machine, accurate expression of the algorithm, or as a mode of human communication.Really i like it so much.
