Having read other postings, on this subject, and trying to get rid of QUICKNAVIGATE problems, some of the instructions seem to fall away.

I'am new to some of these methods of communication.

Example: "Need to copy all of the Killbox file paths below and paste them into Notepad." What is this statement in reference too? Later on in this instruction: "Open Notepad file where you saved the file paths earlier and copy the file paths below to the clipboard, etc......"

The last instruction I understand, I can see them in bold type. The first 'copy all of the Killbox paths below (not listed in instructions) I have problems with.

I don't want to appear 'thick' but at time the verbage is over my head.

This is my first posting. You can probably tell!

Please go to the malware forum in my signature and follow the instructions at the top....Especially the CLICK HERE .

That will give you several steps that will help you clean up 70 percent of all problems by yourself. If at the end of the process you are still having difficulty, then post a hijackthis log in THAT forum.

If you are still having problems after getting a clean bill of health from the malware expert, please return to this thread.

I went to Malware but got lost. I didn't find "Your" ? I told you I didn't understand much and this proves it. Please try again! Do I start another posting in that site? I have been thru the suggestions in the overview page about malware! Thanks
