System Restore, Startup Repair, Safe Mode aren't working

Remove the CD and manually restart the computer.

Hold the power button for 10 seconds to turn off computer. Remove the CD then restart.

i tried rebooting it. starting it in normal mode didn't work. startup repair didn't work. system restore didn't work. it says the directory is corrupted (0x80070570)

What part of the booting process did you encounter directory is corrupted (0x80070570)?

That’s all you need to do. We are going to need the techs expertise in repairing your system.
I now suggest you head to the Windows Vista and Window 7 Forum regarding the above issues as the logs appears clean – they will be able to provide better advice than I can. Please post information regarding your computer build and provide a link to this topic for reference.
If the booting problem get sorted out and you're still experiencing infection issues, I will be glad to assist you with malware problem.
