When I recently logged-off from my session in Windows 7 pro, my user icon was displayed, as usual but the other user's icons were not and in their place is a blank icon with Other User underneath. Other users can still log on by clicking on the other user icon but then have to enter both their username and password. How can I get everyone's user icon displayed on the Windows login screen?

Amlak,

Thanks for the link. I also recently updated my FlipShare software and this is the exact time when the avatar issue arose!

Appreciate the quick response.

Best,
JR
