Hey!
my Mozilla Firefox stopped working on my Windows 7 Ultimate laptop. When I "right click" on the firefox icon and select "Troubleshoot compatability", it tells me that it is not compatable. I have tried installing version 3.5.0, version 3.5.1, version 3.5.13, and the newest version 3.6 (or whatever is the newest) and firefox still wont work.

I can get firefox to start but then, no pages will load. "Can not Display Page"

Anyone have any ideas how to fix this issue?

Thanks

Bubba

Have you checked the network settings?
Open Settings - Advanced - Network - Settings, Autodetect, OK

Also, the newest version is 3.6.13. It should work fine without problems on Windows 7.

If that won't work, try Firefox Safe Mode. That puts Firefox in the default settings, and usually works.

Do you have parental controls active?
