problem w/ MAC when using Citrix portal

when I go into citrix to work from home on my MAC the window that comes up when I call up my e-mail is only the size of a quarter and no matter what I try I can not drag the window larger or find a way to open it up. I have another job I work through citrix from home and am not having any problems with that one. help... so much work to do
