Is there another setting that would also need to be ck'd and reset to keep this working ? I have a father's and mother in law's billpay, rx refills ETC as well as our own personal business to take care of and downloads and installs are very important.. I haven't even been able to download and install anything that appeared to be something that would be a fix for this challenge.
