Yesterday, a window titled "Just-In-Time Debugger" began popping up, and reads "Please Select a Debugger" with the option being "New Instance of Microsoft Script Editor". In addition, I get pop-ups in IE of solicitations. When I try to shut down, it says that logoff scripts cannot run. My computer downloaded a translation program called "Whitesmoke" against my will, which I uninstalled. I've run Malaware and Spybot, both of which came up with stuff. Those have been cleaned, but the problems persist.

I have attached my OTL Log and the "Extra" Log
