I just upgraded to Office 2010 Professional. I have Roadrunner email. I have been using Windows Live mail with roadrunner, and it works perfectly fine. I want to add my roadrunner email to Outlook 2010 mail. I use all of the correct settings, and after setting up, it seems to be working, and sends out mail. Unfortunately, the mail never arrives in my mailbox on Outlook 2010 (but I CAN see it in Windows Live Mail). I have spoken to Roadrunner who tell me it's a Microsoft problem, and I have spoken to Microsoft who tells me it is a Roadrunner problem. I think it's just a problem. I have to believe that someone else has the same issue. (Also, I'm able to send and receive other email from my Outlook 2010 (such as an exchange email address that I have through school)

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Are you getting any error messages when Outlook attempts to download messages?
That could help us to find out why it's not working as it should.

No error messages at all. The message goes into the sent file. It just never shows up in the inbox on Outlook, but does in Windows Live mail....
