Online videos breaking up even though buffered

Hello,
I was trying to watch videos online like youtube etc,but for some reason they are breaking up even though they are completely buffered.I dont think so it is an hardware problem because I have had the computer since ages but I dont know what has gotten into it.I cleared all my history etc ,Help would be appreciated
