Honestly,
I tend to do sports such as MMA and Baseball. These two help get the stress out of your day to day time. Also you could try school clubs. It makes life a wonderful place and it gives you the willingness to learn.

Just my .02 but it seems like you are trying to balance the right things. Having a supportive family I think is the key. If you have that then you will be fine. I work 12 hour days, kids in sports and music, working around the house and a dozen other things that go on, but I am able to do it because I always save time for my family. They support me in what I am doing and the time I am spending in malware removal school and it makes it easier in my opinion.

In my opinion the best thing to do for balancing your life is to do "Yoga" on regular basis. It is a 4000+ years old Hindu Philosophy of life. If you need to lay your hands on a good yoga book then you can eMail me at removed email address.--ST

Taking my Suzy for a spin is my way of relieving daily stress.
And I spend an hour or more on sports, a healthy body gives me a serene state of mind, which results in a happy soul
@ OP: Do what you feel like you need to do, but never forget that if you burn out yourself, you can't help others anymore as well...

Good schedule and stick to it. But I think you (and / or anyone else) should think of what matters the most for you and give it the number one priority.
