Computer Freeze on Start up

(I hope I have it in the right forum.)

Let me set the stage for you, I was listening to Pandora|ONE when I decided to plug in my phone to get a few pictures off of it. When my computer just freezes. So I proceed to restart the computer via the button and when it finally gets to the motherboard logo screen it freezes.

Now I am thinking it might be a RAM problem, but not entirely sure. If someone could please try to help that would be great!
