They crash around 105-108 degrees C.
Where are you getting this temp from?
Download SIW from HERE and get the Standalone English version
It will install itself and when finished
Then Click on SIW Icon to run program
On the left side click on one at a time of the following and then on the right, copy and paste the information in your next reply

Also could you post a screenshot of speedfan with the temps you are stating?
Download Speedfan (The download link is to the right), and install it. Once it's installed, run the program and post here the information it shows.
The information I want you to post is the stuff that is circled in the example picture I have attached.
To make sure we are getting all the correct information it would help us if you were to attach a screenshot like the one below of your Speedfan results.
To do a screenshot please have click on your Print Screen on your keyboard.
- It is normally the key above your number pad between the F12 key and the Scroll Lock key
- Now go to Start and then to All Programs
- Scroll to Accessories and then click on Paint
- In the Empty White Area click and hold the CTRL key and then click the V
- Go to the File option at the top and click on Save as
- Save as file type JPEG and save it to your Desktop
- Attach it to your next reply

just another with the game on

so ill be back when I take a shot on the 100-108 degrees temps on speed fan. I wont be able to do it right know since im in a rush.

I would open the system and check the cpu fan for dust and any wires that may be slowing or stopping the fan from turning at full capacity.
Using a can of compressed air blow the dust out of the inside of the system especially around the CPU, PSU and secondary case fans.
NOTE: Do not allow the fins on any fan to spin freely when blowing them out. Use something like a q-tip to keep the fins from turning.

I was thinking in getting a filter and flip one of the fans from blowing out to blowing in, would this help?

Please download Real Temp and run the program.
We could have a faulty sensors and that can be causing a wrong reading.
RealTemp includes a feature to test for faulty sensors which are common in 45nm Core 2 Duos (such as the OP's CPU) which causes the idle temperature to report as being above 50C, even though it isn't.

If you have a fan on the front inside that would be your intake fan.
All others would be exhaust depending on how many fans you have.
I don't have an intake fan I only have exhausts fans.
