Hello I am new here

I have posted this thread in another location on this site , but then after noticed a post by a moderator to start a new thread when looking for help with problem

So sorry for the double post.

as of late my PC has been crashing and I get the dreaded blue screen of death and on that screen is the ( tcpip.sys ) !

I have found 2 files in the c : windows minidump folder.

I have been trying to add these 2 files to a zip file and attach it here , and I have also tried to just attach the 2 files , but it won't let me ?
I think I have to do it as the administrator but I don't remember how to do that.

Any help will be greatly appreciated ! !
