Whenever Netscape or Mozilla Firefox are activated an error message appears: "Windows Explorer has encountered a problem and must shutdown. Sorry...."
Windows Explorer also does not appear in my "Accessories" list, but can open it by clicking right button from "Start" in lower left cormer. Any idea what this is about? No other functional problems with XP. REW
