Windows Live Update keeps failing (KB 2520039)

No matter how many times I try it just shuts it off with error code 800706BE. Anyone know what might be up? Also when I try to update windows, "host process?" shuts itself.

A third-party firewall or antivirus may be interfering with it. Disable them both temporarily before attempting update.

I just decided to go the easy way and uninstall the whole windows live thingy for now as I dont use it anymore anyways. Thanks a bunch for helping me (again)
