Blue Screen Tcpip.sys problem

Please help! Whenever I stream videos on youtube or watch videos with high resolution, my computer would blue screen...the only thing I could catch is something about the Tcpip.sys error. Originally I thought I had a faulty GPU so I switched it out for a newer one, but I still get the BSOD. (not as often as before but still 70-80% of the time)

I have zipped up a couple minidump files...maybe someone can figure out what the problem is. Thanks so much!
