windows mail attachment view missing

I used to be able to see attachments on the right in my Windows Mail program inbox view and open the attachment by clicking on it and it gave the option of saving it.

Now there is nothing where the attachment optionm used to be and I have to literally open up the email to see the attachment inside the email.....

help.
