Low volume in windows7

Ok. So we have instald windows7 on a macPro but he problam is that the sound volume is very low.
I hawe raised every volume i could finde, checked for the newest drivers,
changed every seting i know of with no resulte. But in OSX everything works fine.
Im desperately in need of some help.
