Your computer seems to be clean now, and that's how it should be as you used a restore disc, so malware doesn't seem to be the cause of the problem.

You have two antivirus programs, which is not recommended. Please uninstall Norton Internet Security.


The update problem may be caused by Norton firewall preventing them to access the internet, so when you uninstall it, then try again. If you still have the problem, please post here with some more details, like what happens when you try to update and if there are any errors
