pc freeze when using recovery cd

I have a pavilion dv 6 1355 dx
I just receive the wimdow 7 recovery cd from hp
I'm try to start the laptop from the cd
I install the 2 cd without any problem but
when it start to install by itself the pc froze at tthe same place all the time

It ask me to restart now to restart the laptop and continue the installation
but I have no arrow to click on the restart and hitting enter won't work

If I shut it off and try to restart it , it will say that window is not install
and to install it

Need help
