Hi,

I wonder if anyone can help me, A good friend of mine has been having problems with his DSL connection. He gets randomly gets disconnected when using the net. Sometine he can go 10 mins and it go's other times he can use it all day and everything is OK.
He's done all the usual tests, Viurs, Malware etc, re-install his DSL software, checked cables and filters etc. He has had some contct with his provider, but everything seems to be OK and the line is OK too.
He has since said to me, that there is a new as yet undetected trojan goiong around targetting older OS, he is using XP and this may be causing he net problem.

Anyone heard about this new Trojan?
Does it cause internet problems?
Be great if anyone can help thx,
