I have now what I call a chronic infection somewhat under control, but I need to know if I really understand what's happening.

I purchased Malwarebytes after it removed a Trojan Horse a week ago. It is now running in a protective mode and reports to me 3 different IP addresses. They are 193.23.126.150, 46.252.130.106 and 194.28.44.218.

What is all this about?

I should add that the IP addresses are being snt messages and Malwarebytes is blocking them.
