xp internet security, cant run internet for help

Hi,

Tonight while my son was on cartoon networks website he came and told me there was all kinds of weird pop ups. Turns out it is the malware xp internet security. My computer is a mess with pop ups and won't run mbam. Avast found no infections. I was going to try the steps listed in other posts but I can't even get on the internet. I am posting right now from my phone.

I've finally got mbam running in safe mode but from what I've read even running and deleting the infections once from mbam doesn't fix the problem.

I would really appreciate help very much! Are you able to help me if I can't get online to post logs?
