Hi,

I was hoping someone could help me with my problem. I purchased a netbook(description in my profile) off eBay for my mum, however the Internet Explorer search bar which normally is Google is http://woofi.info, and although there is an option to change it to Google or Live search I am wondering whether this is down to a previous malware removal being unsuccessful.

One of the reasons I think this is because I have seen this is a known malware problem, and the netbook is not running as fast as I know it should be because I've used this model before. Also I have just downloaded MBAM and I am running it on full scan, and there are moments when it freezes for a short time.
