Hotmail Account Sending SPAM to Contacts

Last week, my Hotmail account sent various one-line e-mails with links to ALL of my Hotmail contacts. I changed my password, but the e-mails have sent twice since then. I have now changed my password three times, but don't think that is resolving the issue. I have run AVG Free on the computer and it does not find any threats. Please help!
