Hey guys IM new here so please bare with me. Yesterday I downloaded a mpeg file but it didnt work. I tried deleting it but it will not. When I try it says that the file is being used by another person or program. I tried restarting my computer into safe mode and deleting it but it still didnt work. I tried moving the file but it also will not move for the same reason. Can anyone help me? Thanx in advance

Click Here to download KillBox. Extract TheKillBox.exe from the zip file and double click it to open it up. In the 'Enter Full Path and Filename to Delete' box, copy and paste the entries (mpeg file you wish to delete)one by one, clicking 'Find and Kill This File' after each one:

C:\filenames

Click 'Exit' when done.

Note: If you receive a message such as: "Component 'MsComCtl.ocx' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid." when trying to run TheKillbox, download and run: http://www.javacools...ngfilesetup.exe. Then try TheKillbox again.

Yes, that is correct you can also delete the files manually in Safe Mode. The KillBox program also deals with that problem if you needed to delete many files that are persistent during normal deletions. Usually this is used when deleting several malicious programs.

Thank you gmhafiz for the idea, we appreciate it. :tazz:
