windows explorer stopped working

hi all

i have a problem trying to access my videos file, i ecently moved all my videos from my downloads folder to my video folder...and now i try oepning the videos folder and i get the error message saying windows explorer has stopped responding..then it goes into windows explorer is restarting, i dont know how to get into my folder, can someone please help me

Press control alt delete at the same time. Click start task manager. Hit File, new process. Type explorer.exe. It should run.
