Hello, I brought this laptop about 10 days ago and have been getting this error message since the 3rd day of use.

It's the exact same error message every time it crashes. It only crashes when I'm surfing the internet. So I'm going to uninstall firefox and reinstall it right now. The laptop doesn't crash when I'm playing games on it. When it does crash. I either get a blue screen or it just reset it's self. I e-mail curry’s 5 days ago and have not received a reply (great customer support there!). Is there a easy fix or should I return the laptop?

Try installing Sp1 it may resolve the issue http://www.microsoft...&displaylang=en if not I would return the laptop so as not to void your warranty, be prepared to hear a load of generic nonsense from the sales team at Currys, they are not techs and tend to read questions verbatim off a check list.
Just a FYI, updating to W7 Sp1 will not void your warranty as it is a MS requirement to both maintain a computers performance and safety integrity.
