Hello. I know I have a virus that's blocking my access to any anti-virus websites and others too as far as i am concerned (microsoft.com). I tried scanning with Spybot - Search & Destroy/Avira but no results. My Hijackthis log:

Hi there Hijack this is not too good when it comes to this type of infection

First I will try to reset the internet to enable you to access MS updates

• To open a command prompt, click Start > All Programs > Accessories and then right click command prompt and select run as administrator.
• Copy and paste (or type) the following command in the command box box and then press ENTER:
  netsh winsock reset c:\resetlog.txt
• Reboot the computer.
• In next reply please post content of the file c:\resetlog.txt

Then run the following programmes


Download aswMBR.exe ( 511KB ) to your desktop.

Double click the aswMBR.exe to run it

Click the "Scan" button to start scan


On completion of the scan click save log, save it to your desktop and post in your next reply


THEN

Download OTL to your Desktop

• Double click on the icon to run it. Make sure all other windows are closed and to let it run uninterrupted.
• Select All Users
• Under the Custom Scan box paste this in
