All documents, pictures and music are gone. Desktop icons other than recycling bin are gone. Ran a scan with SuperAntiSpyware and under threats detected it came up with 10 browser hijacker tubby but it couldn't remove it. HELP PLEASE

I haven't used this computer for a while because I use my laptop now but my little brother has been using it and I'm scared that he might have completely ruined the computer now.

ps. it's a Windows vista
