Google redirect virus and MSE won't run

Google Redirect Virus is pretty common. I tried cleaning host file and clearing temp data. Ran mbam complete scan and eliminated some file from windows and temp directory but that was a week ago so I don't have the log from that. MSE pops up for half a second then closes and MSC won't run either. Both services are disabled and if I enable them they still won't run and are eventually disabled again. Attached is the log from OTL.
