Physical Memory Dump Error Code 0x0000003B

So this is my first post on Geeks to go. After reading many other discussions I decided it would probably be best to post since it seems everyone's problem is unique to their system. I just recently upgraded some of my system. Currently I have an Asus M4N98TD Evo motherboard, with an AMD Phenom II X6 3.2Ghz, Nvidia GeForce 9800 GTX+, Hyper X Gensis DDR3 4gb. I had a second Nvidia GeForce running sli and another stick of 4gb ram, but it seemed like the physical memory dump occurred more often with them installed. Took those out and now it happens less, but still happens. Everything in my system is bought new except for the graphics card. The error code I receive when the Physical Memory Dump begins is 0x0000003B. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Please let me know if you need me to post any additional information.

To know the exact cause of what caused the BSOD,get WhoCrashed and after installation start the program and click analyze and scroll down to see what caused the error actually and you might be able to get some help from thereon.
