BestBuy for sure if your looking for no questions asked if you return it plus they can give you good pointers on how to set it up initially. Budgetwise...they are all in the same price range, you have to decide how much range and functionality you would need to make a decision on the model and then the pricing and comparing can begin.

Some advice, don't go for the routers that say things like "Dual-Band" or "Gigabit" unless you specifically need them. They add cost and aren't really useful unless you are specifically looking for those features.
