every time i try to open something on my computer it says "allow the following program to make changes...APPLE" then it says yes or no well i have clicked both and it still wont open any thing so is there any way i can go back to its original programs

When did this start happening?
What did you do just prior to this? Install or remove any software?

You could try doing a System Restore to a date before this started happening.

Using Windows 7 or Vista System Restore
