Welcome to geeks2go!
It depends what apple application it is. For example, if it's Apple iTunes and you own an iPod or iPhone, you may need it to download music from the Apple Store and transfer that music to your Apple device.

If it's Apple QuickTime, there is less need for it these days unless you have a collection of video files that are in QuickTime's native format. These files will have the filename extension .MOV
Very few video websites require QuickTime these days since they've mostly switched to using Flash.

Some non-Apple applications you have may also need QuickTime.

So it's impossible to say whether you need those Apple applications or not since we don't know what Apple devices you have (if any) and we don't know what other applications are installed.

Thank you so much for your answer.

No, I don't have iTunes nor iPod or iPhone.
This is what I see on "Programs":
Apple Application Support
Apple Software Update

Can I delete them from my computer?

Thanks again.
