I recently downloaded video's from youtube with youtube downloader
After i downloaded the video i convert to an mp3 file
but then i want to delete the original but i can't

first i gotta confirm twice but then it say's this :
You are not authorized to perform this action


any help?

First, Enable hidden Administrator account

Boot to Safe Mode, login as Administrator. See if you can delete it from there.
