Yes so now i under stand something is blocking me from accessing data. now i just need some one to reply to this it could be a network problem I do remember one thing when i shut down my computer one day and turned it back on and it started to update something. I think about 3 weeks after that the problem accrued I just found out i also found that i cant connect to the internet using Firefox, currently using google chrome on window 7 btw

Sorry but we're not always here to answer back that quickly.
To flush the dns you need to open a elevated command prompt in win7.
To do this go to Start then to Run.
Type in cmd then right click on the run line and click on Run As Administrator
You will then get a Dos box that opens where you will type in ipconfig /flushdns and press Enter.
Note the space between the g and the /
Once it is done it should say:
Windows IP Configuration
Successfully flushed the DNS Resolver Cache.

Then try your server and let us know if it works then.

Have you tried to restore back before the update you mentioned in your original post?

Try restoring back a couple of days before the update by following the instructions HERE

Sorry to hear that you had to do a complete restore. Were you able to save your data first?
I'm sorry I could not have been of more help but it sounds like the issue was more then the browser itself since you could not run any browser and could not run a AV.
