tcpip.sys Blue screen of death

My tcpip.sys cause random BSOD. the size of the is file 1.3 mega bites which is much larger than I read it is for older version of windows, I am running Windows 7 64 bit (home I suspect.) it was reload by Sony Laptop Intel I-5 mobile.

Any tip on replacement file would be appreciates.
