this is what came on my pc the last time i was able to use it...

a fatal error has occurred at 0028:C002F705 in VXD NTKern (01) + 0000DFC9

now my pc will only come on with the "Compaq" sign showing and it will not boot into windows..
help anyone

Howdy:

You wouldn't happen to have a Sidewinder joystick attached would you??

This can be caused by having two versions of the USB Sidewinder drivers loaded.

Try removing the non-USB version if one was automatically loaded on your system.
