Hello, I've just taken a win Vista laptop back to factory settings, but now find that the mouse and trackpad are working intermittently, anyone have any ideas for a fix?
Thanks.

Download mouse and keypad drivers from your machine manufacturer's website.
You will probably also benefit from downloading and installing the Chipset Drivers from the same source.
