problems with my PS3

Hi Guys. Am sorry to be off-topic, but I'm having problems with my PS3.

1. The controller sometimes doesn't connect to the console. When I turn it on, it just blinks.

2. The console freezes either while loading game and I get a blue and sometimes black screen. It also freezes during the game. I can still hear the sounds but the picture just freezes.

Please help
